Dolly Mixture is a small close harmony ladies choir who enjoy singing all sorts of styles from folk music, jazz, African, gospel to popular ballads and upbeat numbers, with a few light classics thrown in for good measure!

The group started up in September 2010 with just four ladies, grew to around fifteen but due to the covid break has now dropped to around 10. We welcome more singers! We have great fun rehearsing and have been invited to sing for several "cabaret" style events where we perform for 20 or 30 minute slots. We have been guest performers with other choirs and entertain at a number of other venues including Golf Club functions and are regulars at the Madeley Centre, Staffs.

In April 2017 Dolly Mixture took part in a Community Choir Showcase Festival at Nuneaton organised by Sing for Pleasure. This was non competitive but we gained valuable feedback from adjudicators and it enabled us to hone our presentation skills. A great day!
