Conditions of Borrowing

 

All music is in good condition when it leaves me. If you lose or damage a copy it must be replaced and you will be charged the current cost plus postage for any replacements. Please bear in mind that much of our music has been shipped from America so postage costs for replacement copies are higher than in the UK. 

 

All copies are numbered - I find it usually helps to allocate a number to each choir member so that the music is easily trackable.

 

Copies should be marked in pencil only and markings should be erased before return.

 

Hire Charges

All music copies are charged out at 20p per copy per month plus postage and packing. You are responsible for paying the postage and packing for the return of the music.

 

If you are a member of Sing for Pleasure, (www.singforpleasure.org.uk) you will be charged at a nominal rate of 30p per copy per term plus postage and packing.

 

Payment ideally should be via Paypal

 

You should obtain a certificate of posting to prove that you have returned the items, or send them via a service which requires a signature.
